For over 10 years RDR Realty Corporation, with its banner property The New Broadway Centrum had led the Metro Manila commercial property market in the highly competitive area of commercial sales and leasing through dynamic, aggresive marketing and negotitaion.

Today RDR Realty Corporation, headquartered in its own property, The New Broadway Centrum in Quezon City a retail lease property catering to mix occupancy, continues to thrive as a succesful retail leasing company despite the vry thoughmcompetition in the real property business.

In 2006 RDR Realty Corporation decided to expand into the retail sales business and on February 4, 2006, the company inaugarated its own restaurant, The Broadway Stars Plaza and Broadway Celebrity Lounge, which was envisioned to serve variety of menus i.e. Filipino, Chinese, Japanese and Cafe. The Broadway Stars Plaza was conceptualized to be a common eating place catering to mix crowd of B, C, D while Bradways Celebrity Lounge was viewed to cater A, B, and Higher C crowd with convinient features for nine dining simple to simple lounge function.
